Julian Solomons is one of the leading certified business brokers in California.
He was born in London, England – Graduated Westminster University, London with a degree in Economics, Law and Accounting – (similar to an MBA).
Since the late sixties he had executive roles with several multinational public companies (including a subsidiary of WR Grace, NY) in the sales/marketing function in the UK prior to partnering and building a multi-million dollar revenue engineering/electroplating company in London.
He immigrated to the US in 1981 where he built, grew and successfully sold two companies during the eighties and nineties.
Joined VR M&A as an intermediary in 2001 and was consistently placed in the top five brokers nationwide! He left and founded SSA in early 2010.
Solomons specializes in the sale of A&D (Aerospace & Defense) Engineering Companies, Manufacturing, and Business to Business Service Companies. He also acts for companies wishing to acquire strategic partnerships, and the sale of Intellectual Property. (He has his own US Patent!).
Using his sales, marketing and negotiating skills, and proprietary marketing methods, he has a track record of achieving outstanding terms for his clients. Janet was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and moved to Toronto, Canada in her late teens. She has lived and worked in California for over twenty years.
Graduated George Brown College, Toronto. Certified ABA Paralegal from UC Irvine.
Since the late ‘90s has had extensive experience in the business, corporate, securities, M&A and IPO fields working with firms such as Baker & McKenzie, Cooley Godward Kronish, and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton.
Janet brings her experience, fine attention to detail and vast knowledge of complex transactions, ensuring SSA clients receive superior service and as smooth a deal process as possible.
